I know that when I was contemplating having a new kitchen intalled in my home, I did not know where to start. I hired an Interior Decorator to help with the initial colour selections, door styles, counters and then worked very closely with the kitchen designer at Home Depot. The Locke Street area is a terrific area to take a walk and stroll by the many shops. An eclectic array of sights, sounds and smells to awaken your senses. Where else in Hamilton can you find the variety of shops and restaurants selling their wares. To name a few, there are various hair salons and barbers, bakery style restaurants, unique bars with the expected and unexpected pub fair, shoe boutique, clothing stores, butcher, cheese shop, franchise and independent coffee shops, antique stores, ice cream parlor, florist and exercise gym. Add to that some standards such as a bank, a library and a few churches. This vibrant place always seems to be alive with people!
